Meridian Data Centers LLC Effective date: January 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Meridian Data Centers LLC ("Meridian," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit meridiandatacenters.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

1. Who we are

Meridian Data Centers LLC is a Missouri limited liability company with its registered address at 21 La Gorce Drive, Chesterfield, Missouri 63017-3232, USA. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy at austin@austinambrozi.com.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you use the "Start a Conversation" form, email us or otherwise contact us, we collect what you choose to provide, typically your name, email address, organization, job title, phone number and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically collects standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page and the date and time of your visit, to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use analytics or advertising tools.

Cookies. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function. We do not use analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not send it to us.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about potential projects, partnerships or services;
  • operate, secure and improve the Site;
  • keep records of our business communications;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms; and
  • protect our rights, and the rights and safety of others.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Legal bases (EEA and UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on these legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests: responding to business inquiries, running and securing the Site, and developing business relationships, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
  • Consent: where we ask for it; you may withdraw consent at any time;
  • Contract: where processing is needed to take steps at your request before entering into an agreement; and
  • Legal obligation: where we must process information to comply with the law.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with:

  • service providers who host the Site, or provide email, form handling or IT services for us, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions;
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under duties of confidentiality;
  • authorities, where required by law or to protect our rights; and
  • a successor, if Meridian is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you are outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in countries whose data protection laws may differ from yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

7. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and for up to twelve (12) months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs are kept for shorter periods set by our hosting provider.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • object to or restrict certain processing;
  • receive your information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent, where we rely on it; and
  • not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email austin@austinambrozi.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites operated by others. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
